BLUE Buffalo/Slater Skins Yamaha announced today that Ryan Breece will contest the remainder of the 2016 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship in the 250 Class with the team. Breece raced the opening round of the championship at Hangtown with the squad, finishing twenty-sixth overall.
The Idaho native spent Monster Energy Supercross with Strikt/TripleEffect/US Racing. He made two main events in the 250SX West Region.
In other Yamaha news, 3T Performance/TNT Yamaha announced that Austin Politelli will join the squad in the 450 Class this weekend at Glen Helen.
Politelli, who spent part of supercross with Barn Pros Racing/Home Depot Yamaha before the two parted ways, will race at least Glen Helen and Thunder Valley with the team and if things go well he will move to the East Coast.
The former MX2 Canadian Nationals Champion just recently got on the 450 and wants to use the next two rounds as a gauge. If, after the two rounds, things are not progressing, he will return home to train and return at a later date.
