CHINO, Calif. – Freestyle motocross icon and RCH Racing co-owner Carey Hart will host Good Ride – a series of V-Twin on-road charity motorcycle rides with the proceeds from each Good Ride benefiting charities and causes that affect individuals across the country.
Good Ride, in partnership with the Southern California Harley Davidson Dealers Association, will kick start its inaugural ride on Saturday, April 30 with Good Ride – Laughlin, in Laughlin, Nev. Laughlin is situated on the Nevada and Arizona borders along the west bank of the Colorado River. Good Ride - Laughlin will benefit military service men and women with the proceeds donated to the Infinite Hero Foundation.
Good Ride defines the kinship shared between the V-Twin motorcycle culture and the open road. Good Ride offers its participants a unique opportunity to ride with friends and fellow enthusiasts, stopping at several different locations along the way. Each ride will cover miles of amazing terrain, mixing in fun stops involving top brands, custom bike builders and more.
“Our hope is to bring the party to the traditional charity rides of the past,” explained Hart. “I’m very excited to be launching my first charity ride so close to my hometown of Las Vegas. I’m intimately familiar with the city and all the amazing riding in the area. We can all look forward to having fun on our motorcycles while raising money for a good and very worthy cause.”
To make the ride more convenient and affordable for its participants, Good Ride - Laughlin and the Southern California Harley-Davidson Dealers Association are offering discounted four day, three night hotel packages at the Colorado Belle and Edgewater Casino Resorts. Colorado Belle and Edgewater Casino Resorts are sister properties that sit side by side in the center of the Laughlin Strip with a variety of gaming, entertainment and dining options. Room packages must be booked online through the Southern California Harley-Davidson Dealers Association to receive discounts.
Check in for Good Ride – Laughlin begins April 30 at 8:30 a.m. in the Party Zone in the parking lot in front of the Colorado Belle and Edgewater Casino Resort. The pack is scheduled to depart at 10 a.m. and cruise Historic Route 66 with a few fun detours and stops along the way. Good Ride – Laughlin will conclude with an after party at Hogs and Heifers in the parking lot at the Colorado Belle.
