The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship moved to Colorado for Round 2 of the 2013 season, the Rockwell Watches Thunder Valley National. In the 450 Class, the field is still searching for an answer for Ryan Villopto, but Ryan Dungey and Justin Barcia gave him some good battles in this one. Meanwhile in the 250 Class, Ken Roczen appeared to be on his way to a Villopoto-like sweep until the GEICO Honda duo of Eli Tomac and Zach Osborne stepped things up in Moto 2.
