The Action Sports Medicine Foundation (ASMF) is a non-profit group whose mission is to enhance the quality and availability of sports medicine to athletes participating in action sports. They offer free emergency medical services at most amateur nationals and over 60 local races across the United States. At an amateur national they will treat an average of 200 riders per week saving both the cost and inconvenience of a trip to a local emergency room.
