Win A Year of Training At MTF!
To help raise money for ASMF (Action Sports Medicine Foundation) Millsaps Training Facility will offer a place in their 2011-2012 annual training program (value $18,000) to the winner of a raffle. Only 750 tickets will be sold at $50 each (or 5 for $200) with all proceeds going to ASMF. Riders between the age of 12 and 21 are eligible. Colleen Millsaps says, "ASMF provides an invaluable service at the track and there is no doubt they save lives. We have got to keep them out there". The Action Sports Medicine Foundation (ASMF) is a non-profit group whose mission is to enhance the quality and availability of sports medicine to athletes participating in action sports. They offer free emergency medical services at most amateur nationals and over 60 local races across the United States. At an amateur national they will treat an average of 200 riders per week saving both the cost and inconvenience of a trip to a local emergency room.
