Motorex USA Hiring Sales Representative

MOTOREX USA is seeking a Product Sales Representative.  

MOTOREX USA is the importer of MOTOREX Oil of Switzerland.  MOTOREX Oil of Switzerland is a full line of Racing Lubricants, Care Products and Cleaning Products used by top race teams and amateur enthusiasts worldwide.  We are looking for a “product expert” who can learn our product offering and technical benefits and translate that message to distributor reps, dealers and consumers.  This a traveling position in which the person will travel 12-20 weeks per year.  The position will be based in Minneapolis, MN.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.       Motorcycle enthusiast (rider or racer)
2.       Experience working with motorcycle aftermarket distributors and their reps
3.       Experience working with motorcycle dealerships
4.       Ability to demonstrate technical product knowledge
5.       Excellent communication and relationship skills
6.       Ability to overcome objections
7.       Prior experience with managing a Race Support Program is a plus
8.       Computer software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

JOB DUTIES:
1.       Manage direct distributor rep relationships through personal contact and phone calls
2.       Distributor sales rep support, ride alongs, and education
3.       Attend distributor, dealer, and consumer motorcycle events
4.       General office support
5.       Possibly will be responsible for managing the MOTOREX USA Race Support Program
