Parts Unlimited Provides First-Class Hospitality To Its Dealers at Seattle Supercross

  • Parts Unlimited Provides First-Class Hospitality To Its Dealers at Seattle Supercross

  • Hundreds gather as attendees in Seattle were greeted with abundant sunshine. The Parts Unlimited hospitality area was the place to be throughout race day.
If you have walked through the pits at a Monster Energy Supercross this season, you may have noticed the massive 20 ft. billboards featuring past and current champions, like Jeremy McGrath, Ryan Villopoto and Chad Reed. What lies beneath those billboards is the centerpiece of Parts Unlimited’s hospitality program that has been designed to give its’ dealers a first-class experience.

Parts Unlimited has been a major sponsor of AMA Supercross since 1995, and its’ dealer-based hospitality has instrumental in the sponsorship’s success. Available to all Parts Unlimited dealers at supercross races that have an open pit area, the typical hospitality area starts with four 18-wheel rigs, with colorful canopies, banners and flags that set the boundaries for a temporary fantasy world.

Parts Unlimited dealers are offered complimentary tickets and treated to an afternoon of activity, including product displays and sampling; pro rider meet and greets and autograph signings; and an exclusive track walk in the stadium. Dinner and beverages are available in the afternoon and the army of Parts Unlimited staff workers are there waiting on the dealers’ every need.

“It’s great to have such a tremendous opportunity to give our dealers the best experience possible at the races,” stated Parts Unlimited Motorsports Manager Hylton Beattie. “We go above and beyond to make sure they’re experience at the races is first class. The Parts Unlimited hospitality program is a major component to every race weekend. It ties together our entire racing portfolio, with product, dealers, our staff, races and riders all coming together in one place.”

In Seattle this past weekend, the Parts Unlimited dealers were greeted with fantastic weather and as a result, the turnout was stronger than ever. Parts Unlimited-sponsored riders stopped by to spend some time with the dealers, including riders from Pro Circuit, Chad Reed and Ryan Villopoto. The time spent in the Parts Unlimited area may have helped propel Villopoto to his breakthrough victory later that night.

Since its inception, these memorable on-site events have been a part of the Parts Unlimited master plan. The company operates under the slogan “We Support the Sport”® and there is no greater evidence of that support than when attending a Monster Energy Supercross.
