  • Dunlop Sweeps Every Podium in 2006 AMA Supermoto Championship

Buffalo, NY - Planning on a Supermoto podium finish? Better get a set of Dunlops.

That’s because Dunlop swept every podium position of every single race in each of the three classes of the 2006 AMA Supermoto series. If you¹re counting, there were 120 podium positions available throughout the 10-race 2006 series, and Dunlop took all 120 of them. Not only did Dunlop-shod riders capture every podium position at this year’s series, the top three series finishers in the Supermoto, Supermoto Lites and Supermoto Unlimited classes all rode on Dunlops.

Dunlop proudly congratulates each of this year¹s champions as well as the second- and third-place finishers:

Supermoto (450-class)

1.   Jeff Ward Honda

2.   Doug Henry Yamaha

3.   Chris Fillmore Honda

Supermoto Lites

1.   Cassidy Anderson Honda

2.   Brandon Currie Yamaha

3.   Alexandre Thiebault Husqvarna

 Supermoto Unlimited

2.   Micky Dymond KTM

3.   David Baffeleuf - Husqvarna
