The beneficiary will be the consumer.  PRC is dedicated to supporting the consumer and TH Racing has a strong reputation for its commitment to the consumer.  This is a win-win for PRC, the consumer, and the mini industry.” – Shawn Brown, Chief Executive Officer of PRC.

"This combination brings the best of both worlds to youth racing and demonstrates dedication and commitment to youth amateur racing and the PRC customer base.  PRC has brought the most innovative and technologically advanced 50cc line of race bikes to the market.  TH Racing brings enormous experience and history of championship results to PRC and this will only result in PRC continuing to provide the best in the 50cc industry.  The combination of TH Racing and PRC will first be seen in the changes to our 2007 LX-RR (to be released soon) and our cutting edge 65cc.  This combination is a win for the consumer and will establish the future of mini racing” – Christopher Myers, Chief Operations Officer of PRC.
