Casey Cochran Out for St. Louis Supercross East/West Showdown

After making his season debut at the Detroit SX round of Monster Energy AMA Supercross, Casey Cochran is now out for the St. Louis SX 250SX East/West Showdown this weekend.
Cochran, who came into the season with just three professional 250SX main event starts to his name, came into the 250SX East Division Championship several rounds into the season due to a fractured collarbone. He qualified tenth overall then scored fifth in his first heat race of the season. However, he did not finish the main event, landing 20th on the results page after completing just six full laps.
Cochran said the following in the team’s post-race recap:
“The Heat Race and qualifying were decent in Detroit, for not having had too much time on the bike. Then, unfortunately, I slid out in the Main Event and landed on my injured collarbone. We weren't able to finish the race, but we'll get it checked out – hopefully everything is all good – and we'll be back."
This morning, Cochran confirmed he is out for this weekend’s second 250SX East/West Showdown of the season in St. Louis, Missouri.
Below is Cochran's Instagram post.
"Little update for everyone. Tried to give it a go and ride this week after the crash I had in Detroit, unfortunately just not in the cards to go racing the weekend. We’ll be back at the races soon 💪🏼"
