Earlier this week the FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX) announced Ken Roczen would return to the series when it resumes this fall, and Cooper Webb would compete as a wild card entry at the Australian GP on the Gold Coast. Today Eli Tomac and Tom Vialle were announced as additions to the Gold Coast roster.

Tomac raced the full WSX Championship last year and won the title over Roczen. Vialle, now a two-time 250SX Champion, can use this race as part of his transition into the 450 class.

TOMAC RETURNS AS TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR WORLD SUPERCROSS GOLD COAST DEBUT

Gold Coast, Australia, 16th July 2025: Fans can now secure their seats for the highly anticipated Australian GP as the 2025 FIM World Supercross Championship lands on the iconic Gold Coast on November 29, 2025, at Cbus Super Stadium. Tickets going on sale coincides with the blockbuster announcement that reigning World Supercross SX1 champion Eli Tomac will return to the field, alongside rising star and back-to-back AMA Supercross 250cc East Champion, Tom Vialle. Raising the bar for supercross racing Down Under, The Australian GP on the Gold Coast is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated showdowns on the calendar.

They add even more firepower to what is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated showdowns on the calendar, with supercross titans Cooper Webb and Ken Roczen previously confirmed to go head-to-head on Australian soil for the first time ever. Aussie fans won’t want to miss the sport’s biggest stars delivering edge-of-your-seat action and unforgettable racing moments. Tickets going on sale for the Gold Coast round marks a milestone moment in World Supercross history as the championship returns to Australia, bringing world-class riders and elite racing to the Gold Coast for the very first time. The Australian GP will serve as Round Four of the 2025 season, part of a five-round championship that will culminate with the finale in Cape Town, South Africa, on December 13. Event Details:
