The goal of this project was to take the best dual sport bike out there and make it better. This older generation bike is not nearly as corked down as the newer dual sport bikes and much faster stock. We kept the mods simple on the engine and suspension and concentrated on making the bike more durable in tough trail conditions.
Highlights:
*Use Stock 2017 450SXF triple Clamps and 2017 front fender and head light bezel.
*Powder coating of frame to give a more modern look as well.
*Vortex ECU was mapped by Race Tech for better power and less flame out.
*Weight added to clutch for better tractable power and less flame out.
*Blinkers were custom set up and tucked in from SAR with blinker relays.
