Racer X Films: The Guy Who Won a Million Bucks—and Eli Tomac

Not only could a rider win the Monster Million payday by sweeping all three Monster Energy Cup races, but a fan sweepstakes put a spectator in the mix for an additional million bucks, also. Jesse Hebert from Greenbelt, Maryland, entered Feld Entertainment's sweepstakes. He was selected at random as a finalist, and then grabbed the most money of anyone in the day's money grab event, with the winning spectators placed inside a box with money blowing all around them. As the winner, Jesse would be in position to make a million bucks if a rider swept all three races. Eli Tomac made his sweat for it on the last lap, but it happened.
As you'll see in this post-race video, it couldn't have happened to a more passionate fan.
