CORONA, CA – Motovan/MTA is pleased to announce the future creation of SHOT Race Gear USA, which it will own and operate for the purpose of growing the SHOT brand in North America. SHOT offroad apparel has been sold successfully Worldwide for numerous years and is recognized as a top brand in Europe.
Recently SHOT products entered the US market, which immediately caught the attention of the media, racers and our team as well. “We are always looking for new brands that complement our product offering and the MX apparel segment was definitely a void we needed to fill” says Greg Blackwell of MTA. “Once we noticed the response from the market in such a short period of time, it was obvious that off road consumers accepted this brand and therefore made our decision to move forward with this acquisition very easy.”
SHOT Race Gear USA will be owned and operated by Motovan/MTA and will be sold through MTA Distributing for the United States and Motovan Corporation for Canada. SHOT Race Gear France will continue its operations outside of North America and they will collaborate with SHOT Race Gear USA for product development and sourcing.
