For the first time ever, the AMSOIL Arenacross series was racing outdoors on a Sunday afternoon. The keys to the race in Salinas, California were speed and consistency. It was Ben LaMay who would find the right balance and win himself his first ever overall finish with 3-1 main event finishes.
