Arnaud Tonus Out For Remainder of Supercross
Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Arnaud Tonus announced on Instagram today that he would miss the remaining five rounds of the Monster Energy Supercross 250SX East Region after dislocating his shoulder in Detroit.
This is the second straight season Tonus will miss a portion of supercross. He missed five rounds last year due to illness. Tonus returned for just one round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross in 2015, finishing third in the first moto at Washougal.
"Hey guys, sorry for not giving you news earlier, it's been a rough one. I dislocated my shoulder in Detroit. i'll do all i can to be ready for outdoors. Thanks for the support!," he wrote on Instagram today.
Through four rounds in supercross, Tonus has two top tens with a season-high sixth coming at Daytona.
