Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin finally had his lingering wrist injury fixed after the MXdN which cost him some seat time in the crucial pre-season testing. The challenge of moving up to the 450 is daunting enough without any other variables like that, but Marvin is making the most of his learning experience in the stacked field. We always enjoy catching up with the lovable Frenchman and we’ll get his thoughts on the season and more.
We first had RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John’s/Suzuki’s Jake Weimer on during his rookie year way back in 2006. I remember watching him practice at Anaheim 1 and he cased the shit out of a huge triple. I thought there is no way he’s going to get up from that, but getting back up is all that Jake ever knew throughout his career. We’re so stoked for him that he’s earned another great opportunity on his new ride, and look forward to having our friend back on the show to talk about the next chapter.
Josh Hill seems to be having a great time with his new gig at Monster Energy where he works with their athletes and also has the opportunity to still moto and BMX. We’ll get his thoughts on the new and current crop of riders, and maybe throw in a little bench racing, too.
