IRVINE, Cal. – The 2015 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship will kick off this Friday night inside the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. This is the first time that EnduroCross has been a part of Daytona Bike week and it will kick off a huge weekend of dirt bike racing. The track is just about complete and the images below will give you an idea of what the riders will have to navigate to take the victory.
The Ocean Center will host the opening round of the GEICO EnduroCross Series this Friday night. If you will be in Daytona, get your tickets now!
The Daytona EnduroCross track features a challenging mix of rocks, logs, tractor tires and jumps. All crammed into the Ocean Center Arena floor.
One thing the photos can't show is the soft consistency of the dirt, which is common to Florida. This will likely mean a very rutted course to increase the difficulty for the riders.
