The Cold War glove has a single-layer, rubberized palm. We had the gang over at Dirt Rider and a bunch of EX guys test three different palms for us, and they all said this one worked the best. They roughed it and toughed it, falling in dirt, mud, and snow, and all of them said the palm still had grip when they were done. After the Cold War gained steam last season as a solid alternative to bulky, overpadded cold-weather gloves, we decided to switch it up a bit and add touch-screen fingertips. Now when you are in the pits before or after your moto, you can still text your buddies to tell them to get the heck out there with you—all without freezing your hands off.
These do come with the hand warmer that slides in a pocket up top. You will see this when you get them.
