Defending champion Matt Moss won the opening round of the 2014 Penrite Australian Supercross Championship on Friday night at Bathurst Showground. Moss lead every lap en route to the opening round win. Adam Monea and Kirk Gibbs rounded out the podium.
Brenden Harrison won the first round in SX2 ahead of Americans Kyle Peters and Gavin Faith. Jackson Richardson and Lewis Woods rounded out the top five.
Round 2 of series takes place on Saturday at Bathurst.
