A little over a week after announcing the signing of Austin Politelli and Preston Mull for the 2014 season, Strikt Slaton Yamaha has announced they have parted ways with Politelli. The team released the following:
As of today the Strikt Slaton factory backed Yamaha supercross team for 2014 has released Austin Politelli. Without showing any disrespect to Austin, the team has decided it will be better for the future of the Strikt Slaton Racing effort and for Yamaha to keep moving forward without Austin. We wish Austin the best!
