  • FUEL to Telecast Red Bull X-Fighters Live

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – FUEL TV is LIVE from Glen Helen Raceway as the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2013, a Red Bull Media House production, makes its exciting return to the United States on Saturday, May 11 (5:00 PM ET) in San Bernardino, Calif. FUEL TV telecasts the freestyle motocross tour’s only U.S. stop in a thrilling, hour-and-a-half long program. Southern Californian native Todd Potter defends his victory last year against a stacked field that includes 2012 series champion Levi Sherwood, 2013 points leader Dany Torres and Thomas Pages, who sits second in points heading into Glen Helen.

The third stop of the 2013 Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour also sees the return of Nate Adams, who hasn’t competed on the tour since 2011 due to injuries. Adams is one of the series' most prolific competitors, with two championships, six event wins and 18 podiums.

Local Southern Californian, Wes Agee, who took third at Glen Helen last year and third in Moto X Freestyle at X Games in Brazil in April, is another to watch at Glen Helen. The international field is rounded out by Japan’s Taka Higashino, Australia’s Josh Sheehan, American Adam Jones, France’s David Rinaldo, and Chile’s Javier Villegas.

Red Bull X-Fighters kicked off the six-city world tour in Mexico City on March 8, where 38,000 spectators packed into the Plaza de Toros, the world's largest bullfighting arena, to watch Pages take first place. The series continued in Dubai on April 12, where Torres took top honors. Following the return to Glen Helen on May 11, the riders travel to Osaka, Japan (June 1), Madrid (July 19) and finish the season in Pretoria, South Africa (September 7).

All stops are televised live on FUEL TV with Andy Bell hosting, Troy Mannering providing analysis and Ronnie Renner reporting.
