Carmichael, Tomac, DeCotis on DMXS Radio Tonight
GEICO Honda’s Eli Tomac was well on his way to defending his championship in dominating fashion until a scary crash in Oakland flipped the script. Eli has been working these tracks over like they’ve owed him money, and laying down blistering lap times that would be impressive in the 450 class. There is no doubt he has the speed and talent to make up the substantial points gap, but the short season and talented field has the odds stacked against him. This kid is all heart and we’ll catch up with him as the series heads to San Diego before the agonizingly long break for left-coasters begins.
Jimmy DeCotis will be racing and on the gate at the east coast supercross opener in Dallas next week back where he started….as a privateer. No problem. This kid is legit and we have no doubt he’ll work his way back to the top after the dreaded ACL injury prematurely ended his ride on the formidable GEICO Honda team in 2012. He has become one of our favorite riders to interview and he has a ton of seriously wicked fans that can’t wait to see him back in the mix. Welcome back, Jimmy!
Check out www.StickerApp.com and www.CaseApp.com for custom sticker sheets and iPhone cases, including cool examples of rider cases. The websites feature a web application with file upload and very simple drag and drop features with the ability to rotate, resize and change background colors and more. We will be giving away some custom iPhone cases in the next few weeks to help get the word out since they are from some of our core moto friends.
