Corona, Ca- Coming into the first round of the 2013 AMA Supercross series, Answer’s Jake Weimer and Malcolm Stewart looked to start the series off with solid performances.
That is exactly what they did as each ended the night with a solid 5th place in their respective classes.
ANSR’s newest recruit, Jake Weimer had a solid first outing in the all new 2013 Spring Elite gear and set himself up to for a great start to the AMA Supercross series. Throughout the day, Jake rode well and with all of the chaos in the 450SX main, managed to ride a smart race and log a 5th place finish.
JDR KTM’s Malcolm Stewart made his first West Coast appearance this past weekend and ended the night with a 5th place finish and is right there in the hunt for the 2013 250 West Coast title. Debuting the all-new 2013 Spring Skullcandy 50/50 gear, Malcolm had a mistake free night and ended up with a hard fought top 5 finish.
The 2013 Supercross series looks to be one for the ages and with the excitement generated already this past weekend, Phoenix should be another great showing for the ANSR crew.
