Pole Position Now Open in Syracuse
Pole Position Raceway is pleased to announce the grand opening of the nation's first high-performance indoor kart track inside a mall. The all-new facility is located in Syracuse, New York inside Destiny USA at 9090 Destiny USA Dr. This is the eighth indoor track that Pole Position Raceway has opened since 2005, and the first in New York. The all-new race track is located inside a 45,000-square-foot, climate-controlled entertainment center filled with exclusive racing memorabilia, state-of-the-art video games, and HD televisions scattered throughout for continuous sports viewing. Most importantly, the facility also uses the company’s state-of-the-art ECO-friendly electric karts, which are capable of speeds up to 45mph.
"The track turned out way better than we ever expected," said Ken Faught, president and co-founder of P2R Karting, Inc. which licenses the Pole Position Raceway brand. "I think people who visit the mall will be absolutely blown away at what franchise owners Eyal Farage and Karen Davis-Farage have created. When Jason Williams and I conceived the company nearly a decade ago, we never imagined that we would be in one of the largest malls in the United States. The group who owns the mall recently spent $850 million dollars on expansion, and at 2.3 million square feet, it's the fifth-largest mall in the United States. We are also proud because the mall is very environmentally sensitive and is a verified LEEDS project."

Pole Position Raceway’s Syracuse location is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11a.m.-12 a.m., and Sunday from 11a.m.-10 p.m. Like All Pole Position Raceway facility, the Syracuse track offers both adult and Junior (for kids at least 48" tall) karts.
