Ricky Carmichael University Lake Elsinore Day Schedule Announced

Morgantown, W. Va. - MX Sports is pleased to announce the tentative daily schedule for the 2012 Ricky Carmichael University - Lake Elsinore Campus, taking place Monday, September 10 in Lake Elsinore, Ca. Headed once again by 15-Time champion Ricky Carmichael, this year's schedule follows the highly regarded RCU lesson plan that provides students with plenty of on-track learning, in addition to personable time in the classroom with some of the biggest legends in the sport.

The day will begin with a group breakfast at Lake Elsinore, which is included in the cost of tuition for students. From there, instructors will break students into five separate groups according to age and skill level. Each group will then settle in with an instructor and spend one-hour time periods learning a specific lesson before moving on to the next station. This year's all-star lineup includes Carmichael, Jeff Emig, Jeff Stanton, Mrs. Carmichael and the newest member of the team Johnny O'Mara. By the end of the day, each group will have spent a substantial amount of time with every instructor while earning a passing grade in each of the five classes.

Not only do RCU students get to spend all day trackside with some of the biggest legends in the sport, but they also get time in the classroom to ask questions and do some bench racing with the instructors. With a grand total of 27 championships heading the classroom, students are bound to walk away with priceless information and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

There will be opportunities for parents, family members and mechanics to watch students in action, but they are also encouraged to take advantage of the off-track informational seminars taking place throughout the day. Covering topics like fitness and nutrition, suspension and engine building, how to utilize safety equipment and proper tire installation and maintenance, some of the industry's most esteemed experts will provide information and tips to keep families and crews as prepared as possible while the students are in class

RCU is an exclusive and unprecedented opportunity for motocross riders on the west coast to learn from The-Greatest-of-All-Time and his accomplished faculty. To view the complete schedule for RCU Lake Elsinore and to register for the event, click HERE.

About Ricky Carmichael University

Ricky Carmichael University began in 2010 as a once in a lifetime opportunity for riders of all ages and skill levels to learn from The-Greatest-of-All-Time, Ricky Carmichael, in conjunction with the Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross at Daytona International Speedway. Due to the expansion of racing in 2012, Daytona was no longer able to facilitate RCU, thus expanding this exclusive riding school to Lake Elsinore in California and for the first time ever, Fat Cat Moto Parc in Doncaster, UK.
