RK Excel America Inc, is a leading international sales and marketing representative firm and is seeking an energetic Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team through its various roles of sales, service and customer/racer support. This person will act as the main contact for all issues relating to sales, service and support. Knowledge of various motorcycles both street and dirt is a requirement. Some travel will be required. This position has excellent potential for future growth within the RK Excel America sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a leadership role to the current sales staff.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Act as a contact for warranty issues, technical questions and issue RA’s as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Help to oversee the development of new sales promotions and ideas.
- Maintain and improve relationships with current customers through effective customer service.
- Work directly with marketing to ensure successful program launches.
- Attend various tradeshows.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be familiar with various makes, models and years of motorcycles and ATVs.
- Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills required.
- Must demonstrate leadership abilities and willingness to assist others to meet company goals.
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize multiple projects and multiple product lines.
- Successful cold calling abilities
- Knowledge of Business Works Accounting Software
