SPY OPTIC LAUNCHES THE SPY + KEEP A BREAST GOGGLE COLLECTION
SPY joins Keep A Breast Foundation charge with limited edition Zed and Whip goggles

CARLSBAD, Calif.– SPY Optic™ today announced the release of its all-new SPY® + Keep A Breast goggle series, a collaboration philanthropically branding the Zed™ snow goggle and Whip™ MX goggle in firm support of the Keep A Breast Foundation.
“Keep A Breast was a group we were excited to work with,” says Kevin Casillo, SPY Snow Segment manager. “We are inspired by their point of view on educating youth and being active in their lifestyles.”

SPY Optic and Keep A Breast Foundation teamed-up to craft a goggle duo, the sales of which will generate a $3-per-goggle contribution to awareness programs aimed at eradicating breast cancer through prevention, early detection and personal assistance. The Keep A Breast foundation focuses on promoting breast cancer awareness among youth through art events, educational programs and fundraising efforts across the globe.

“The Keep A Breast team is so thrilled to partner with SPY—they’re our neighbors here in Southern California, they share our passion for health and wellness and they are diehard riders who make incredible eyewear,” says Kimmy McAtee, Keep A Breast PR and marketing manager. “We believe prevention is the cure and one way to lower your risk of cancer is by living a healthy, active lifestyle. These goggles allow people to make a statement out there in the snow or on the dirt, at the same time raising awareness and funds for KAB's programs.”
Like all of nature’s most spectacular creations, no two pairs of SPY + Keep A Breast Zed and Whip goggles are the same. Each goggle is uniquely treated with a pink Keep A Breast logotype on a matte black frame, a black strap emblazoned with the “I (heart) boobies!” moniker, and includes a goggle pouch and sticker.

“I’m super excited to be able to ride the SPY + Keep A Breast Zed goggle… The cause is super important to me and I’ve been backing KAB in a big way for a while now,” says Sarka Pancochova, SPY and Keep A Breast team rider.  “It’s like getting two rad things for the price of one and it even has a cool pink bonus lens for cloudy days.”

MSRP for the SPY + Keep A Breast Zed is $110, which is available with a bronze with silver mirror lens along with a free pink bonus lens. The Zed features the SPY-patented Scoop® ventilation system; anti-fog poly-carbonate cylindrical dual lens system with 100% UV protection, anti-scratch protection; triple-layer Isotron™ face foam featuring moisture-wicking Dri-Force™ fleece; and a dual-adjustment, silicone-ribbed strap.

MSRP for the SPY + Keep A Breast Whip is $55, which is available with a clear lens and free black nose guard. The Whip features an anti-fog, scratch-resistant, 100% UV protective Lexan® lens with posts; triple-layer Isotron face foam with Dri-Force fleece; and silicone ribbed strap.
