Rocket Exhaust, an innovator in performance 4-stroke exhaust systems and engine building for off-road motorcycles and ATVs has launched a new website. The website not only features information about the company, sponsorship, and products - but it is now easier than ever to purchase products directly from RocketExhaust.com. Don Leib “It’s an exciting time for us. Our number one test rider, Michael Leib, is back from Europe and will be racing stateside in 2012. Our new website is up and the move into a new 8,000 square foot building is complete. A first for an exhaust manufacturer, the website features options that enable customers and engine tuners to custom order different silencer lengths and core configurations to meet their specific power, noise and visual needs. There’s also more customization available with a ‘murdered out” hard anodized aluminum muffler and a “carbon’ muffler option. We’ve been busy and look forward to expanding our services and product line and offering more value to our customers.”

At Rocket Exhaust we develop our products on the race track and the dyno. Our definition of performance goes far beyond impressive dyno results. Performance means throttle response at all rpm levels (something a dyno can’t measure), light weight, easy serviceability and, of course standing up to the test of time. Our approach to performance focuses on being excellent in all areas, not merely standing out in one.
We use many manufacturing techniques to achieve light weight and durability. CNC billet, proprietary extrusions, die-cast, and stamped parts are all used to make up just the silencer portion of the exhaust, yielding a lighter more durable silencer compared to other similar designs. Our head and mid-pipe designs utilize carefully placed stepped and or tapered technologies which allow for a more efficient intake stroke resulting in better throttle response from low rpm to high rpm.
