Prater, Cianciarulo and Gibbs on the Pulpmx Show Tonight
With the Monster Energy Cup coming up this weekend in Las Vegas, the Pulpmx Show presented by BTOSports.com is jam packed with ME Cup talk as well as two pairs of tickets to give away to some lucky listener.
Hosts Steve Matthes and Kenny Watson will break down the news of the last two weeks including Justin Brayton on a Honda, Andrew Short on the Laremy McBrooks team and Kawasaki team manager Mike Fisher losing his job.
Joining us either in-studio (if we’re lucky) or on the phone will be Feld Entertainment grand poohbah Dave Prater. Dave’s the man in charge of the ME Cup and has been there from the ground up. We’ll talk about the race, what it’s going to be like and how the ideas came to be.
Adam Cianciarulo is one of the hottest amateur racers in the country no doubt about it. Signed to a long-term Kawasaki contract, AC will be the next fast kid to hit the pro ranks in the next few years. Fans at the Monster Energy Cup this weekend will see AC as he lines up with the rest of the qualifiers from Loretta Lynns in the Supermini class. We’ll have Adam on the show to talk about that and maybe even read him a bedtime story.
Coy Gibbs is the owner of the JGR Yamaha race team who just re-upped with Yamaha for the 2012 season and beyond. As well JGR is in the running for the services of James Stewart and expanding the JGR Racing name next year. We’ll have Coy on to talk about this year, next year and whether or not JGR stays on the show next year as a sponsor.
