Öhlins USA to Award Entry Fees for AMA MX National Riders
Back at its roots of MX origins, “The Original Gold” is making a nationwide assault in the AMA Pro MX Series, providing an incentive for every qualifying rider. Each and every of the 40 riders qualifying for each and every AMA Pro MX National can have their entry fees paid for by Öhlins USA, if their qualifying motorcycle is equipped with an Öhlins rear shock and Öhlins front fork or fork kit, purchased since January 2010. In other words, Öhlins is paying riders to use the best equipment available. It’s a win-win situation. It’s money in the bank. It’s a no-brainer.
Triple Bonus Alert! MX racers running Öhlins are automatically invited to attend any and all of Öhlins USA test and tune MX track days. The track days are taking place at two locations to meet the needs of the most racers possible, one in the North East and one in the South East. At least one of the test days for Öhlins racers will take place prior to the High Point National, June 11, in Mt Morris, Pennsylvania. And, Öhlins USA technicians will be at most AMA Pro MX Nationals to assist Öhlins riders with set-up.
Stacey Berger, Öhlins USA Off Road Manager, said, “We’ve developed product that can win races and we’re eager to give riders an edge with it. We’ll be at most of the outdoor nationals with the Team Öhlins USA truck, working with our sponsored riders and anyone else using our suspension, so we’re looking forward to a great season.”
To register for this program, send a copy of your dealer receipt to Stacey Berger, either as a pdf by e-mail or a photocopy by snail mail: Stacey.berger@onlinsusa.com; 703 C South Grove St, Hendersonville, NC 28792.
