Hammerhead Riders Have Success in the Great White North
Redwood City, CA – It was a weekend for breakout rides at the Edward Rogers Centre in Toronto this past weekend.
Hammerhead supported, Valli Motorsports rider, Nick Wey claimed his best finish (6th) and a spot in the Top 10 Points Standings for the Premier Class this past weekend in Toronto, Canada. Wey’s 6th place finish was his third consecutive inside the Top 10 in as many weeks. Nick (10th) now joins two other Hammerhead riders, JGR’s Justin Brayton (6th) and Davi Milsaps (9th) in the stacked 450 Class Top 10 Overall Points Standings.
PJ Larsen, of the Hammerhead backed, JDR/J-Star/KTM team earned his career, and season, best finish when he crossed the finish line one spot shy of the podium. The 4th place finish in Canada moves PJ into a points tie right behind the top 5 in the competitive East Coast Lites Class.
Rock River’s Weston Peick, also supported by Hammerhead, not only took home his season best finish (12th) in the Supercross Class, but also walked away with the holeshot in Heat #2. The holeshot was both Peick’s and Rock River’s first heat race holeshot.
Hammerhead is proud to be associated with everyone at Valli, JGR, JDR and Rock River. We see how much time and effort they all put in day in and day out, and we couldn’t be happier for our teams! Congratulations guys!
Hammerhead provides the all four race teams with Shift Levers, Rear Brake Pedals and Holeshot Devices.
