Hall of Famer’s Wife Reaches Out to

Members of the Motorcycle Community in Need

Temecula, CA— Many people think that catastrophic issues have to occur in order for homeowners to lose their properties.  This is not necessarily true. Many times a minor issue can cause an otherwise financially stable family to spiral quickly into distress. This scenario has never been felt so greatly for so many in the motorcycle community as it has in Riverside County, the heart of the West Coast’s off-road community.

According to Kristi Harden, wife of AMA Hall of Famer Scot Harden, “No one buys a home thinking ‘I'll just do a Short Sale if things don't work out’.  Homeowners are upset, frustrated, confused and embarrassed.  I can put them at ease by showing them they have options. Many successful individuals, families, investors and people just like you and I find themselves in similar situations with no apparent easy way out.  As a Realtor, I consider it a privilege and an honor to help people make the best decisions for themselves and their families for today and tomorrow. Guiding the transition into home ownership is just as important as the assistance I give them with the potential loss of home ownership”.

No newcomer to the real estate industry, Kristi Harden has been certified by the National Association of Realtors since 2004. She takes her responsibility and role in the real estate transaction process with extreme care and diligence. Kristi is also CDPE certified which means she is a specialist when it comes to dealing with foreclosure alternatives.

Interested parties should contact Kristi at the phone number or email below. Even if you live outside the Southern California area Kristi can answer your questions and connect you with a CDPE professional in your area.
