EVO-Sports, Inc. announces the sale of its motorcycle promotion division
(EVO Vintage) to Conroe, Texas based start-up company, EJR Promotions, LLC.

Formed the fall of 1994, EVO-Sports, Inc. has been promoting Vintage and Vet
Motocross events throughout Texas. From the AHRMA Nationals and Vintage
Pro-Ams to the FMF American Vet Championships. EVO Sports, Inc. has been
providing riders from all over the US with a unique brand of motocross
events.

EJR Promotions LLC. is not expected to make any changes upon taking
ownership of the motocross promtion division and has indicated they will
retain current EVO-Sports, Inc. President Rick Humphreys as a consultant and
to assist with the transition.

EJR Promotions, LLC. is owned and operated by Emil Shebelbon Jr. "Junior" as
he is known, has been in the off-road promotion business his entire life.
His father, Emil Shebelbon Sr., an accomplished rider himself, operates the
very successful 3 Palms Action Sports Park, ESE Track Builders and LifeStyle
Action Sports, a medical and general liability insurance group that provides
insurance products to action sports athletes and facilities.

EJR Promotions LLC. will host its 1st event October 17th which happens to be
Round 9 of the FMF Presents the Fred Haas Toyota World Vet Championship
Series on the Main Track at 3 Palms.
