Trainer Alan Gerkey to Contribute to Racer X Virtual Trainer

Morgantown, WV -- How do you make the best better? Well…by adding more of the best and Racer X Virtual Trainer is proud to announce that legendary trainer Alan Gerkey will be joining our already star studded team of trainers, doctors, and dieticians. Working alongside the likes of legendary trainers Aldon Baker, Coach Seiji, Charles Dao and Robb Beams, Alan will be contributing articles as well as offering advice on the VT forum. Gerkey has over 25 years of training experience and some of motocrosses top riders have graduated from his Rider Development Program, including the 2000 125 Supercross champion Stephane Roncada, Travis Preston and The Godfather, Mike Metzger. Gerkey’s Rider Development Program is a new concept in training and practice that utilizes techniques aimed at incorporating intensity based on skill level into each practice session. Each program is custom fitted to the rider and includes; a Bio Mechanical assessment, lifestyle considerations, nutrition/hydration, mental strategies and physical conditioning. Gerkey’s insight and experience is sure to be a great addition to the Virtual Trainer website. Welcome Alan!
