  • LeoVince Becomes Title Sponsor of Supermoto USA Series

Richmond, CA - The 2009 Supermoto USA Championship series presented by LeoVince is the largest Pro/Am race series in the country and includes the second round of the AMA Supermoto National Championship at Infineon Raceway on May 16-17. Stars like Jeff Ward and Mark Burkhart will be competing for the 450 series title and LeoVince¹s own Steve Drew will be defending his #1 plate in the Unlimited class with his Hart & Huntington machine. There will also be a Supermoto racing school on Friday May 15th led by Mark Burkhart.

For 2009, there will two individual track championships and an overall winner in the Nor-Cal Championship series. There will be four events at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma and four at Prairie City near Sacramento.

Formed in 2001, Supermoto USA Nor-Cal, has become the largest Pro/Am race series in the country. The 2009 calendar will have nine events, three of which will play host to the AMA XTRM Amateur National Championship.
