Medford, OR -- MotorcycleUSA.com announced today it has signed on as a series sponsor and the Holeshot Award sponsor for the 2009 AMA Pro Women's Motocross Championship. There are eight rounds in the 2009 series with two Pro Motos per round for a total of 16 Holeshots which www.Motorcycle-USA.com will pay $250 to the first woman to cross each Holeshot line.

“If last year was any indication, 2009 should provide some great racing,” claims Ken Hutchison, Vice President, MotorcycleUSA. “The women have made a huge leap the last few years; their fitness, their speed and their competitive spirit makes for fantastic racing. We're glad that we can contribute to the series and look forward to some exciting motos.”

MotorcycleUSA.com will be at the first round at Glen Helen distributing Rider Roster cards specifically designed for the Woman's Motocross Series. These will be available at locations throughout the race facility. Make sure to pick yours up.

The eight-round 2009 AMA Pro Women's Motocross Championship runs in conjunction with the Lucas Oil AMA Motocross Championship series and starts off in San Bernardino, CA at Glen Helen Raceway on May 13 and finishes at Budds Creek Motocross Park in Mechanicsville, MD on August 22.
