Honda's HRCA Member Special Activities at Daytona
Torrance, CA: American Honda is pleased to announce a number of special, exclusive-access activities that will be open to members of the Honda Riders Club of America™ (HRCA®) during the 2008 Daytona Bikeweek. As usual, all HRCA Members can enjoy exclusive access to the HRCA Hospitality Tent, located adjacent to the main Honda Display in front of Daytona Speedway. This hospitality area includes indoor and outdoor lounge areas, motorcycle videos, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a nearby motorcycle parking area.
But that’s just the beginning. In addition, on Thursday, March 6, HRCA Members have the opportunity to meet with a full contingent of Honda Red Riders at the very exclusive Daytona 500 Club, located on the infield just inside Pit Row at the Daytona International Speedway, overlooking Victory Lane—rarified territory indeed! This special evening begins with a tram ride along some of the Speedway lanes not normally open to the public, followed by an up-close tour of the Honda paddock, the team’s very cool transport rigs and a short walk out to the Daytona Supercross track. After that, it’s on to a VIP dinner inside the renowned Daytona 500 Club, with main entrees of pan-seared breast of chicken and sliced sirloin of beef. Following dinner, Members and guests will be treated to an interview and autograph session with some of the fastest racers in the world, the Honda Red Riders. This evening to remember also includes a very special racing memento that Daytona fans will cherish forever—just you wait and see! Tickets are $46 each for HRCA Members and $53 for Member guests.
Another special HRCA event offers Members and their guests exclusive insider access and seating in the Daytona International Speedway infield during Friday night’s Supercross race. For only $50, Members can purchase a ticket to the HRCA Pit Row Red Zone that includes general admission to the Supercross race, plus access to the Red Zone seating area located on pit row right next to the track. In addition to this very exclusive seating arrangement, access also includes snacks and beverages. Seating in the HRCA Pit Row Red Zone literally puts you right on top of the action; the only people closer to the track are the race team mechanics.
HRCA Members also have the option of wrapping Red Zone area access into a special-price purchase, the HRCA Red Zone Weekender Offer, which includes all of the special Supercross access plus a general admission ticket to the 66th running of Saturday’s Daytona 200. This package is available exclusively for HRCA Members and their guests at a reduced price of $95 each. In addition, to promote family fun, there is special pricing for children under 12 for both packages.
