Friday and Saturday Schedules for All 3 SMX Playoff Races

The three SMX Playoff and World Championship races will operate with a two-day format, with press conferences and practice on Friday in addition to Saturday racing. The first and third races, in Charlotte and Las Vegas, will also feature a Friday Fan Zone, which allows fans to access the pits so they can watch the press conference and even ask questions. Fans can also watch the Friday practice, attend autograph sessions, and watch the SMX Insider Live podcast show on Friday evening, hosted by Jason Weigandt and Jason Thomas, and featuring Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart, Steve Matthes (PulpMX), and Jace McAlpine (Gypsy Tales). Again, the Friday Fan Zone is part of the Charlotte and Las Vegas races, but not St. Louis.
For Charlotte, the Friday Fan Zone will open at 11 a.m. local time and close at 6 p.m. (Eastern time for this weekend).
On Saturday in North Carolina, the FanFest will open at 8 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. ahead of the 3 p.m. gate drop on the motos. Remember, Charlotte is a day race, so earlier schedule than the final two rounds.
Note that the Friday’s Fan Zone will need a separate ticket as that is different from Saturday’s FanFest activities.
