Chris Alldredge Agrees to Deal with Barn Pros Racing/Home Depot Yamaha

Following two seasons with Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki, Chris Alldredge has agreed to a deal with Barn Pros Racing (BPRMX)/Home Depot Yamaha for the 2017 season.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Chris on board for the 2017 season,” said team owner Steve Oslund. “His dedication to the sport and drive to win races has us all excited going into the New Year!”
Alldredge is currently competing in the Australian Supercross Championship with Crankt Protein Honda. The Oregon native missed all but two rounds of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross in 2016, his final year with Pro Circuit.
“I'm super excited to be getting back on Yamahas with Barn Pros Racing this coming supercross season,” said Alldredge, who spent a majority of his amateur career riding Yamaha. “After riding the Yamaha motorcycle for most of my amateur career, it's nice to be back on the bike that I had so much success on. And I can't thank the Barn Pros team enough for giving me another opportunity to show the supercross world what me, and the team, are capable of doing.”
BPRMX was founded by Oslund in 2010, with the Washington-based team helping local pro riders. In 2014, they took their team to the professional level for the first time, competing in the 250SX West Region.
"To look back at where our team started and where we are going I couldn't be more pleased to sign Chris for the New Year,” said Scot Steffy, team manager. "We have worked hard over the last two years to make a team that riders want to ride for and sponsors want to support. With Chris on board is just shows the level the team has grown too in a short amount of time and we know this is going to be a great year for Chris.”
This is the second big announcement from the team in recent months. Earlier this year, they announced that seven-time AMA Supercross and Motocross champion, Rick Johnson, would serve in a variety of roles with the team, including consulting, working with riders, and helping the team expand.
"I am looking forward to working with Chris Alldredge,” said Johnson. “I feel with my experience I can help him reach his full potential. He has so much driving and determination. I'm looking forward to 2017 with Barn Pros Racing."
