Today, Jessy Nelson is a high flying member of the Lucas Oil/Troy Lee Designs KTM team, with a supercross win, a USGP victory and plenty of supporters pushing him toward more. It wasn't always this simple, though.
Nelson always loved riding, but he didn't understand the work ethic needed to succeed, and when a major injury cost him the use of his thumb and nearly ended his career, his future was anything but assured. Somehow, he found the will within himself to overcome all and become a title favorite in the 250 class for 2016.
