Introducing Your Semifinalists

If there’s anything to take away from the start of this year’s Racer X Amateur Film Festival, presented by MotoSport and ISAW, it’s that:

1. The amateur videographers are still procrastinators and 
2. The talent pool has gotten deeper.

We didn’t receive a good portion of the entries until the last week of the submission period, but judging by the quality of most, the videographers really put some time into their edits. 

Everyone at Racer X would like to thank the many amateur videographers that put forth the dedication to make a quality motocross film. It was as tough as ever for our internal panel of judges to hand select only eight semifinalists from a large group of talented up-and-comers, which is why we’re featuring a small handful of honorable mentions below.

Without further delay, here are the 2014 Racer X Amateur Film Festival semifinalists:

The semifinals will start tomorrow at 4:30 EDT with North Carolina’s Patrick Evans going head-to-head against Australia’s Luke Wolhuter. Each semifinalist will ultimately be competing for the following prizes:
