This animal is my pride and joy. The Suzuki RM-Z450 suits me better than any other bike at the moment, so I chose to turn this machine into my personal race bike for the year.
I don’t have a lot of complaints about the 2014 RM-Z450. It’s one of the easiest bikes to ride, it has a solid engine, it turns with precision and ease, and the handling is stable and predictable. It is, however, sprung notoriously heavy, and anyone under 185 lbs. will want to look into softer front and rear springs. Aside from that, the changes we made were more detail-oriented and designed to fit the bike to me.
