Tedesco, Tomac, Chisholm, Wharton, Owen Out for Detroit

Couple of updates from here in Detroit, some of which you have already heard. Eli Tomac is out after crashing last week in Daytona, and Kyle Chisholm is out after a crash preparing for that race. Both have shoulder injuries. Chisholm's CycleTrader.com Rock River Yamaha team does have Ben Lamay returning tonight for his first race of the year, he was injured right before Anaheim 1.
This morning we learned Rockstar KTM's Ivan Tedesco is out for the night with an injured finger. Weston Peick didn't race Daytona with a jacked up back, but he rode the first practice today and grabbed 16th fastest. We talked to him on track walk and he said "I don't get a salary so I have to race," so he certainly intends on going on there. In the 250s, GEICO Honda's Blake Wharton tweaked his knee and is not racing. Also, Factory Metal Works/Club MX rookie Jace Owen is not racing.
This is all news to help keep you fantasy team owners in the loop--or maybe you're just a true humanitairan who cares about the riders beyond how many points they can score for you. Either way, enjoy the races tonight!
