Masters of Mini Breast Cancer Awareness Ride
Saturday October 6th
Milford Riders Club, CT
For Immediate Release
September 17, 2012 – The Masters of Mini (MoM) Series, produced by Stimilon International, is celebrating its 10th Straight Season this year and now announces its 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Ride. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month so the goal of the event is to highlight fun over sadness.
“Last year everyone wore PINK to support the cause and it just made me feel so happy to see all the support,” says Stimilon Operations Director Laurie Olcott, who herself is a survivor from 2009. “We raised $1500 and made the donation to the Susan G. Komen foundation, a group that was there for me during my treatment. This is our very humble way of giving back and saying thank you.”
“The companies that stepped up to donate product for the raffle have been amazing so far this year,” exclaims Stimilon VP of Sales and Marketing, Dave Olcott, “Nationwide Insurance, TB Parts, CHP, Spectro Oils, Motowear USA, Sunoco, Vitamin Water, Twin Air, Smith, Unit, Arai, Leatt, Rossignol, Red Bull, Works Connection, as well as shops like Chug’s Moto Performance, Manchester Honda/KTM, Cycles 128, Adrenaline Powersports, Roost Powersports, and Need For Speed Racing. Thank you – we couldn’t do this without your support!”
The event is Saturday October 6th at the Milford Riders Club in CT located at 565 Plains Road in Milford, CT. Registration is 12-2pm, Nationwide Raffle at 215, practice 230-330 and racing from 4-10pm. Please come out, wear PINK, and support this great cause with a fun day of riding and racing.
