CORONA, Calif., – Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Blake Baggett earned his third 250 win of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship season this past Saturday at the RedBud National in Buchanan, Mich. Baggett leads the 250 class by 19 points, and will race with the red plate for the sixth consecutive week at the Spring Creek National this Saturday, July 14, in Millville, Minn.

Tyla Rattray, who has been injured during the first half of the season, returned to the scene at RedBud by earning an impressive fourth overall in the 450 class. Rattray will return this weekend at the Spring Creek National with his sights set on the podium. Fellow Pro Circuit riders Jake Weimer and Broc Tickle are currently third and fifth overall, respectively, in 450 point standings.

The tenth round of the 2012 FIM World Motocross Championship will be held at the GP of Latvia in Kegums this weekend. Pro Circuit’s Tommy Searle earned his fourth overall victory at the previous round in Sweden, and is now only 16 points out of the lead in MX2 point standings. Searle has kept it in the front of the pack all season and, with seven rounds left of the series, it’s looking like the remaining rounds will be an intense championship battle.

Teammate Joel Roelants earned seventh overall in Sweden, and is currently fourth in MX2 point standings. Pro Circuit’s Christophe Pourcel left the GP of Sweden with a second overall, and is currently third in MX1 point standings, while teammate Sebastien Pourcel finished fourth in Sweden, and is currently 12th in MX1 point standings.
