Renthal Riders Dominate SX Class

When the final checkered flag fell at the season finale in Las Vegas, Renthal riders completely dominated the Supercross class with a perfect 17 out of 17 wins in the premier division. Ryan Villopoto proved he was the class of the field with 9 wins and wrapped up the title in Houston, a full 4 rounds early! While 2nd place in the final standings went to the consistent Davi Millsaps, it was Ryan Dungey who placed third in the standings and held second in the wins category with his 4 victories. James Stewart was able to notch 2 wins with Chad Reed and Andrew Short both earning a single win.

When it comes to laps led in the premier SX division, Renthal riders amassed 330 laps led out of 340 possible. Year end points show Renthal riders taking the top 5 spots and 7 of the top 10.
