Brand Expands Commitment to Supporting Series After Becoming Official Partner
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Just one week following the announcement that it will become the Official Exhaust of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, FMF Racing has taken the next step in its support of the Nationals by becoming the title sponsor of the season-opening Hangtown Motocross Classic next weekend, in addition to the High Point National on June 9, the fourth round of the season.
Officially, the races will be known as the FMF Hangtown Motocross Classic and the FMF High Point National, respectively. The pair of venues hosts two of the most storied events on the Lucas Oil Motocross schedule, with a total of 73 nationals between the two in 40 years of competition.
“It’s so exciting to be part of this legendary championship,” said Donnie Emler Jr., Brand and Marketing Director for FMF Racing. “Being the official exhaust sponsor and having the event title for two of the series’ most prestigious rounds gives us the opportunity to showcase our product, athletes and give back to a sport that we love. Since 1973 FMF and my father’s vision has been about producing the best product right here in the USA and supporting the sport of motocross.”
