  • Dubya Named Exclusive Importer for Talon Hubs and Sprockets

Orange, Calif. – April 19, 2011 – Dubya is proud to have been named the exclusive importer for Talon Hubs and Sprockets for America. Southern California based Dubya was recently founded by Kristin White Anderson. Kristin’s father Tom White, owner/founder of White Brothers, originally brought Talon to the United States in the early ‘90s. Dubya is actually a play off the letter “W” found in the family name.

Another member of the Dubya team is Kristin’s husband John Anderson. John has a twenty-year history with White Brothers and was most recently with QTM. John will be handling marketing and race efforts for Dubya.

Kristin is excited about future business with Talon products: “I feel like this has gone full circle in a really nice way,” Kristin said in their new offices in Orange, California. “We have decades of experience with this product line and there simply are no better wheel-sets than those constructed using Talon products. It feels great to once again be supplying this leadership line to the American consumer, we are looking forward to a long relationship with Talon.”

Talon Hubs and Sprockets, long a brand of unparalleled quality, are used by race teams and top riders such as Chad Reed/TwoTwo Motorsports, Hart & Huntington, Troy Lee Designs, Butler Brothers, Valli Yamaha, Suzuki City, JDR/KTM, Ronnie Renner, Mike Mason, Jeremy Stenberg and many more. “Talon is very happy with our new arrangement with Kristin, John and the Dubya group,” Talon President Rob Sartin commented. “We feel that Dubya will do a tremendous job in satisfying the demand for Talon products on the part of the American enthusiasts.”

Dubya will be distributing Talon hubs, sprockets and footpegs. All wheelsets will be laced to either Excel or DID rims using quality Bulldog spokes. Dubya will be able to provide one-day turnaround of wheel-sets, complete support and service, and an experienced and friendly staff available to answer any questions. Currently, Dubya is busy filling their stockroom so they can supply customers fast. Expected opening day is May 6th, while the website will be up and running by May 1st.
