Bailey/RJ/Stanton/Ward/Ramsey & More on DMXS Tonight
February 23, 2011, 8:50pm
Todd Huffman from Pipeline Digital Media is one of our sport’s true sentinels and continues to amaze us with his never-ending desire to reach back into the past and recognize the heroes that paved the way. The Motocross Files series is the video guardian of some of those stories and further demonstrates his passion for the sport. Todd has produced a gem for Feld Motorsports that will air this Sunday on CBS, at 1:00pm Eastern that will continue that tradition. Monster Energy’s Legends of Supercross - The Races will look back over 25 years of racing to highlight eight of the most amazing races our sport has ever seen. We wanted to gather as many of the riders featured in this special as logistically possible for a special DMXS show tonight. We’re honored to welcome on David Bailey, RJ, Guy Cooper, Jeff Stanton, Jeff Ward, Nate Ramsey, Jeff Emig, Mike Kiedrowski and Damon Huffman for a trip down supercross memory lane.
MX Sports and Tim Cotter are gearing up for the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross Championship and Ricky Carmichael University following the historic Daytona Supercross next weekend. Tim will give us an update on this unique and special weekend for amateur racers as they prepare to ride the same track, albeit tamed down a bit, as the pros on Saturday night. Please visit www.MXSports.com for more information and to secure your spot for either event, or both!
Robb Beams is part of our DMXS family and is truly one of the hardest working coaches in our sport. He’s always looking to give back and will announce the winners of the RCASX race entry fees and RCU scholarship on the show tonight. There were hundreds of entries, but only 5 lucky winners to the amateur supercross and 1 to the coveted Ricky Carmichael University. Tune in to see if you’re one of the chosen ones. For more information on Robb or his programs, please visit www.CompleteRacingSolutions.com.
Don’t forget about our Red Bull DMXS Atlanta SX Party on Friday at The Masquerade and our RIDE4AT charity event at Bremen Race Park on Sunday. Weather is going to be warm and sunny so make plans on riding and getting autographs from some of the sports top riders while you watch us drag water hoses around for your riding pleasure. You can RSVP your name to our VIP list and not pay a cover charge for the party at dmxsatlparty@gmail.com. Hope to see you folks all weekend!
