Wheel Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls Wheel Bearing and Seal Kits contain all of the bearing and seals required to re-fit a wheel. We offer the most extensive line of kits for street, off-road and ATV applications. Our experience is that wheel bearings typically fail from water and dirt contamination. The All Balls wheel bearing was developed in partnership with KML Bearing and is designed for the difficult operating environment of the Power Sport Industry. The All Balls bearing is a premium EMQ quality, high-speed bearing featuring low drag, triple lip rubber seals which provide superior exclusion of water and dirt and improved grease retention. The All Balls, Type TC, Nitrile Elastomer wheel seals are specifically designed to keep out water and dirt. The rubber coated outside diameter creates an optimum seal at the hub. The steel garter spring guarantees constant pressure on the axle shaft over the life of the seal.
Steering Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls Steering Stem Bearing Kits update loose ball bearings with heavy duty taper bearing replacements. The kits come complete with both the upper and lower taper bearing cups and cones and seals (top and bottom seals are included in most kits).
2 Stroke Crankshaft Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls Crankshaft Bearing and Seal Kits feature Koyo precision Japanese crank bearings. The crankshaft seals feature a carbon/fluorocarbon pad on the seal lip and stainless steel garter springs. This reduces start up friction enhancing dry start performance and reducing crank pin wear.
Swing Arm Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls Swing Arm Repair Kits contain all of the bearings, shafts, seals and bushings required to rebuild a swing arm to factory specifications. The All Balls shafts are manufactured from 52100 bearing steel for improved performance and extended life. The All Balls kits feature Teflon ® coated washers in place of the thrust needle bearings. The Teflon ® coated washer offers superior resistance to dirt, water and lack of lubrication which are all factors leading to premature failure.
Linkage Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls Swing Arm Linkage Repair Kits contain all of the bearings (including the lower shock bearing kit), shafts, seals and bushings required to rebuild swing arm linkage to factory specifications. The All Balls Swing Arm Linkage Repair Kits are the most complete kit in the Industry!
Upper and Lower Shock Bearing and Seal Kits
Each All Balls Upper or Lower Shock Bearing Kit contains the bearing and all of the seals, spacers and pins (if required) to rebuild the shock bearing to factory specifications.
ATV A-Arm Bearing and Seal Kits
All Balls A-Arm Kits are direct OE replacement parts designed to rebuild the A-Arm to factory specification. A-Arm shafts are manufactured with 52,100 heat treated bearing steel for improved performance and extended life.
Tie Rod End Kits
All Balls Tie Rod End Kits contain inner and outer tie rods that are designed to repair loose and worn tie rod ends.
High Performance Chain Rollers
All Balls High Performance Polyurethane Chain Rollers have a hardness of 98A Durometer for long life. Our chain rollers feature sealed precision bearings with two additional outer seals that prevent water and dirt from contaminating the bearings causing premature failure. They are the longest lasting chain roller in the industry.
